The Dutch yard has announced the appointment of Maarten Ten Holter as a Senior Sales Executive, with his role beginning on 1st May.
Kicking off his early career in the late 1980s with roles at the Dutch brokerage houses, Van der Vliet and De Valk Yacht Brokers respectively, Maarten was the founder and owner of Vripack Yacht & Ship Brokers from 2000-2015, before taking on his most recent role as a Senior Sales Broker at Fraser from 2016 to May 2022.
Having been involved in a substantial number of new build projects over the course of his career, Maarten’s sales include projects from 10-104 metres worldwide.
Maarten commented on his new position: “I have known the Mulder team for more than 30 years and I am very excited to be joining them in my new position. I would describe the team as energetic, forward-thinking, dynamic and highly knowledgeable about everything they do.
He continued: “In my role as Senior Sales Executive, my main aims include helping Mulder to expand its business internationally and increasing its contacts with the worldwide brokerage community. I also hope to assist Mulder in entering the 500GT market and boost its new build sales.”
As an enthusiastic boater himself, Maarten relishes being on the water, taking part in numerous water sports, as well as in and offshore sailing. When he’s not on the water, he also enjoys participating in other sports such as tennis and padel, spending time with his family and making the most of the great outdoors.
