Where craftsmanship meets capability. Spanning more than 7,000 m², our headquarters is the heart of Mulder’s operations. Acquired in 2006 and opened in 2012, the yard was built during a pivotal time in global shipbuilding. It has since become the cornerstone of our new build and refit services.

Where it all began. In the family since 1938, Voorschoten is where the Mulder story began—on the site of the former Oranjeboom windmill. In 2001, the yard completed SEA BREEZE II, a 27-meter Mulder 88 Flybridge, marking the largest yacht ever built in Voorschoten.

Future-ready, in-house hull construction. Established in 2022, the Enkhuizen yard helps Mulder meet rising demand for larger yachts while keeping hull construction in-house. Located near the Markermeer, it’s a strategic site for aluminium production and long-term build planning.

In the heart of the Kagerplassen. Since its acquisition in 2018, Mulder Marina Warmond has been transformed into a refined marina for yachts up to 21.3 meters. Located on the Kagerplassen – often referred to as the Hamptons of the Netherlands – it offers a peaceful, protected setting.
