OLAF launched and prepped for seatrials

July 4, 2024

Mulder Shipyard in Zoeterwoude has reached another milestone with the launch of the Favorite 2200 OLAF last week.

OLAF arrived at the shipyard at the end of October 2023 and is now getting prepared to undergo seatrials.

The yacht showcases naval architecture from Vripack Naval Architecture, exterior design by Guido de Groot and interior design by Roelfien Vos.

She has an overall length of 23.50 meter, thanks to the extended transformable swim platform, and has an incredible beam of 6.20 meter.

OLAF can accommodate 6+2 guests across her three staterooms, while separate accommodation is also available for two crew members.

The yacht is outfitted with zero-speed stabilizers and interceptors from Humphree to ensure optimal comfort. Additionally, she is equipped with a crane for a water scooter and is powered by twin Caterpillar C18 engines, each providing 1.150HP.

After delivery, her owners plan to take her to Mediterranean to enjoy their first moments on board.
