Mulder is pleased to announce that the Mulder ThirtySix DELTA ONE is now available for sale.
After making her industry debut back in 2017, DELTA ONE is the first pre-owned ThirtySix yacht to come onto the market, having entertained her first owners in southern Europe from delivery until the present day.
DELTA ONE features exterior design by Claydon Reeves, naval architecture by Van Oossanen and interior design by Vickers Studio.
On board, up to ten guests can be accommodated in style and comfort across five spacious staterooms, with accommodation also provided for up to six crew members, including the yacht’s captain.
Accommodation wise, her full-beam master suite is situated forward and includes an ensuite bathroom, walk-in closets and private access to a generous seating area at the bow. Her additional guest cabins are bright and spacious, all featuring ensuite bathrooms and flexible sleeping arrangements (two of which include pullman berths).
Comfortable and fuel-efficient cruising are ensured for all onboard guests, thanks to her Fast Displacement Hull Form, spacious layout and generous eight-metre beam. It was these qualities which also helped DELTA ONE to impress the jury and take the crown at the 2018 World Superyacht Awards.
Her stylish saloon can be found on the main deck and showcases floor-to-ceiling-windows, a fully stocked bar area and large dining area enhanced by the presence of a folding side balcony. As a distinctive design feature, a tyre tread pattern floor is extended across the saloon, reaching out across onto the teak decks.
Her large aft deck is home to a spacious seating area which offers plenty of shade for al fresco seating and dining. The large beach club on board DELTA ONE also offers ample space for guests to relax and make the most of their time on the water and includes a seating area, day head and shower.
To suit the needs of adventurously-inclined guests, DELTA ONE’s transverse tender garage has room for a 6.5-metre tender, two jetskis and numerous other toys.
Another perfect spot to enjoy the landscape or socialize with friends and family can be found in DELTA ONE’s spacious sun deck, which boasts an eight-person spa pool, a stylish wet bar, a dining table and sunbeds.
From here, it is easy to access the wheelhouse, an area which is worth visiting in its own right for a conversation with the captain as they steer the yacht on her next adventure.
DELTA ONE has a gross tonnage of just below 300 and a two-metre draft, making her an appealing vessel thanks to both her economical running costs and ability to fit comfortably in the vast majority of marinas. As an additional bonus, DELTA ONE is also commercially registered, enabling her future owners to have charters on board.
Performance-wise, DELTA ONE is powered by twin Caterpillar C18 engines for a top speed of 17 knots. Carrying 32,000 litres of fuel on board, the 36-metre yacht has a transatlantic range at 10 knots.
