Delivered in Germany

The brand-new Mulder Favorite 1500 is successfully transported to the North of Germany and delivered to her owner. The semi custom-built Helene is the seventh Favorite being built after the reintroduction of the Favorite series in 2010. All the unique features of the previous six Favorite yachts are merged in this Mulder Favorite 1500. Helene is built on time and on budget and will be shown at the HISWA Amsterdam Boatshow in September.

The 15.60 meter long, full aluminium Favorite was transported to the north of Germany by low loader trailer where a team of Mulder engineers was waiting to unload and commission the yacht. The classically lined Favorite 1500 was developed in close cooperation with Guido de Groot Design and Vripack Naval Architects.

Fully optimized

The layout of the distinctive yacht with recognizable retro lines is fully optimized and set up highly efficient. Helene has two spacious cabins, one bathroom, daytoilet and lots of storage space. A third sleeping area can be created by dropping the table in the spacious saloon. The glass sliding door and electrically operating sliding window in the bright saloon with electrically opening rooftop, provide access to the spacious aft deck. On three corner sofas and a folding table memorable moments with family and friends can be enjoyed. Special detail of this all-rounder: there is a storage in the stern for a three meter tender. Helene has a beautiful round-bilged hull and will reach a maximum speed of 25 knots with twin Volvo Penta D6 435 hp each. The extra underwater spray rails and improved sound and vibration insulation will increase the sailing comfort. Helene is CE-B certified and has a standard folding mast with an air draft of 3.20 metres. The extremely efficient and stable Favorite 1500 is designed for the entire family and obviously provides the highest level of luxury and comfort. She serves as a perfect day-cruiser, but is also very suitable for longer voyages on inland-waters and open sea. The latest Mulder Favorite will have her berth in the north of Germany. The eighth and ninth Mulder Favorite yachts are already under construction. These Favorites are expected to be delivered in the spring of 2015.
